1 Day Mt. Fuji Nature Walk from $170


Visit Mt. Fuji, and then after lunch, enjoy a locally guided nature walk to World Heritage Site Kawaguchi Asama Shrine, scenic Hahanoshirataki Falls, and of course the famous Lake Kawaguchi for various views of Mt. Fuji and its beautiful surroundings. The nature walk is about 90 minutes long.

07:30 - 08:30- Pick-up Service  

09:00 - Meet at Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal  

Depart Bus Terminal and head towards Mt. Fuji by bus (150 min).

Mt. Fuji 5th Station  (30 min) 

Enjoy the breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji and the surrounding lakes on a clear day. Torii gates, shrines, and souvenir shops decorate this station known as the border between the heavens and the earth.

Lunch  on your own (at Highland Resort Hotel & Spa)

World Heritage Site Nature Walk  (90 min) 

The guide will lead you through Kawaguchi Sengen Shrine, Hahanoshirataki falls and Lake Kawaguchi.

17:30 -Fuji-Q Highland Bus Stop  (120 min) 

Arrive at Shinjuku Express Bus Terminal  (appx. arrival: 7:30 - 9:30pm)

-The afternoon nature walk will be led by English-speaking local staff (not the tour guide from the morning).

-Please wear clothing and footwear appropriate for this activity.

-Participants must be healthy and fit to join this tour. Those with pre-existing conditions are asked to consult with us before booking.

-Tour will still be held if it rains. Raincoats can be purchased on-site (JPY 300, adult sizes only). If staff deem conditions to be unsafe on the day, the nature walk will be cancelled, and guests will join the standard Mt. Fuji & Hakone day tour. The difference in tour fares will be refunded.

-Participants can request to have digital commemorative photos sent to them.

-Children 5 years of age and younger may not join this tour.

-Shuttle service between Fuji-Q Highland and Lake Kawaguchi will be provided by Eco Vision Brains, K.K.

-An English-speaking guide will accompany the tour from Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal until lunch. An English-speaking instructor will be assisting for afternoon activities.

-When Subaru Line roadway to Mt. Fuji 5th Station is closed due to road surface freezing, the tour will be taken as high as possible.

-Temperatures can drop significantly on Mt. Fuji, so please bring coats or other warm clothes from fall to spring.

-The tour will not be cancelled or refunded if Mt. Fuji is not fully visible due to weather conditions.

-If the minimum number of participants is not met by 4 days before a scheduled date, the tour on the date may be cancelled.
