Okonomiyaki is made of wheat flour batter and cabbage, along with other vegetables, seafood, meat, cheese, and even mochi. It's grilled on a metal plate and finished off with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, dried bonito flakes, and seaweed. In Hiroshima, there are also noodles in the okonomiyaki.
Hiroshima Style Okonomiyaki
In Hiroshima, the ingredients for okonomiyaki are layered rather than mixed. Also, much more cabbage is put into the batter and pushed down as they are layered. The layers are typically batter, cabbage, pork, noodles, and other items such as squid, octopus, and cheese. It is also commonly topped with a fried egg.

Takoyaki is a wheat-flour based ball filled with octopus, pickled ginger, and green onion. They're brushed with takoyaki sauce and mayonnaise, and topped with shaved bonito flakes and seaweed. They're made in a special mold-pan that gives them their round shape.
These are similar to takoyaki, but they are made mostly of eggs. It does not come with sauce or shaved fish or dried seaweed, it only comes with a small bowl of broth. You dip it in the broth before eating. It contains a piece of octopus.
Yakisoba are noodles that are mixed with pork, vegetables, and seafood, and cooked on an iron plate. It is flavored with a sauce very similar to okonomiyaki sauce.
Ikayaki is often eaten as a snack. It is a type of batter including pieces of squid, cooked and pressed between two iron pans. It is eaten with sauce and mayonnaise.
